Brittany Thomas is a Houston native with a passion for Real Estate, Tax Preparation and Credit Repair. Brittany’s Real Estate career started with the Forbes 500 company CBRE, Inc. She landed an entry level position in CBRE’s Asset Services division in 2012. Though the position was entry level & more facilities management focused; she was intrigued by the variety of career’s Real Estate offered. Brittany went on to be promoted twice within the CBRE business structure. Brittany initially obtained her Real Estate license in 2019 to be considered for a promotion at CBRE. When the offer wasn’t extended she decided to act as an agent to supplement her income. Brittany proved to be successful in Residential Real Estate by completing 19 transactions within her first year as a Real Estate Agent with the help of her sister Kirsten Thomas; who is also a real estate agent. She ended her career at CBRE in November 2021, as a Client Services Coordinator and is now a Full Time Residential & Commercial Real Estate Agent. She has over 9 years experience in Commercial Real Estate and has decided to focus on Residential Real Estate as her area of expertise. As of November 2022; she has secured over $1,000,000 in Real Estate Transactions during her duration as a real estate agent. She also owns a Tax Preparation Business; named with the abbreviation of her three son’s names; ARK Tax Solutions. ARK Tax Solutions served over 50 client’s in it’s first year and went on to serve 166 client’s in it’s second tax year of 2021. In 2022, we will open our new office in Missouri City, TX. We also have over 15 Tax Partners entering the 2023 tax season.
